Each registered user may cast one vote per riddim. Votes reflect genuine preference. Any attempt to manipulate vote counts through automation, multiple accounts, or other means is prohibited and may result in account suspension and vote removal.

You retain ownership of any comments or content you post. By posting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display it as part of the Service. You agree not to post content that is:

• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Spam, commercial solicitation, or repetitive.
• Illegal, or that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• Sexually explicit or violent.
• False or misleading.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion and without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All riddim metadata, site design, code, and editorial content on the Service are owned by or licensed to us. Artist names, album art, and audio/video content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Embedded YouTube videos are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Scrape or crawl the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code.
• Reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or cast votes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Vote results and leaderboard rankings reflect user activity and are for entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
